Hornbach DIY flagship store Amsterdam

The development (DIY store, garden center and drive-through) has a size of about three football fields. The store in Amsterdam is the flagship store of Hornbach in the Netherlands. Remarkably, the 14,000 m2 DIY store and garden center is built over the Berchvliet on the second floor, while below and on both sides on the ground floor there is space for parking 472 cars. Next to the shop there’s a drive-in of 3,700 m2, where contractors or individuals can drive by car or bus to load their purchased materials directly.

Both penetrations and air ducts are fire resistant sealed with fire HENSOMASTIK 5 KS, ORYX BATTS and ORYX Collar FX 930.
